    People mistakenly believe that hate toward something or someone actually permits the release of pent-up anger and frustration which, if left inside, would otherwise damage that person?s well-being. This is fallacious reasoning because hate, rather than liberating such pent-up negative feelings, actually grinds them deeper into the very soul of the person, thus forging ravines of maladjusted emotions. Hate cuts through the core of a person, layering scars of damaged tissue on a system that is probably overtaxed to begin with. What most people fail to understand is that harboring hate inside actually punishes the person doing the hating rather than the object of the hatred. How can we prove this? Well, just think for a moment about the last time you felt this emotion. Do you remember that gut-wrenching feeling in your stomach, that foul taste in your mouth, or that uncontrollably aching sensation in your muscles? Prolonged hate poisons your system and can bring you to an untimely demise. Rid yourself of this emotion before it rids you of yourself.

    Spite is an interesting folly because it can be hidden behind all sorts of regal costumes, parading itself one moment in kingly garb and the next in princely attire.

    Lloyd’s underwriter in FSA investigation [Edition 3s1]

    LLOYD’S of London underwriter Equity Red Star is under investigation by the City regulator over concerns about the impact of bodily injury claims on its balance sheet.

    The so-called “syndicate”, one of the largest motor and home insurers operating in the market place, said it is co-operating with the Financial Services Authority (FSA), which is thought to have launched a Section 166 investigation or so-called “Skilled Persons Report” into the company.

    Under the Financial Services and Markets Act, these require companies to appoint an independent body to conduct a review where the regulator has concerns about its corporate governance or system controls.

    UK motor underwriters have suffered heavily in recent months as a rise in fraudulent and bodily injury claims, often through accident lawyers, coincided with lower costs of insurance, driven, in part, by price comparison sites.

    In June, Equity’s parent company, Insurance Australia Group (IAG), said it faced a charge of A$365m (Pounds 210m) to cover a rise in motor-related bodily injury claims after conducting an actuarial review of its UK business. At the time, IAG said its insurance margin – the contribution to profit from underwriting and investment income – was now likely to be 6pc to 7pc in the year ending June. The insurer had originally forecast a margin of 9.5pc to 11pc before suffering the “significant deterioration” in its “UK claims experience”.

    This was followed by a further disclosure last month when IAG revealed that Neil Utley, head of its UK motor operation, was stepping down from his role by mutual consent. He will be replaced in September by Ian Foy, who is currently chief executive of IAG’s New Zealand operation.

Europa registra una poblacin migrante de 69.8 millones de personas, Asia de 61.3, Amrica del Norte (EU y Canad) de 50, Africa de 19.3, Amrica Latina de 7.5 y Oceana de 6.0 millones.

    Los pases que albergan en 2010 el mayor nmero de inmigrantes internacionales son: Estados Unidos 42.8 millones, Rusia 12.3, Alemania 10.8, Arabia Saudita 7.3, Canad 7.2, Francia 6.7, Reino Unido 6.5, Espaa 6.4, India 5.4 y Ucrania 5.3.

    Was this still the same as being in love?

    When I started writing, I wrote about many things close to my heart. Poetry about life, death,dissapointment and yearnings. I then started writing a novel. My emotions and deep feelings emerged and slowly the story that came out was that of some past experiences of my own. One novel grew to two novels. I realized that though I wrote of romance, and life my books were filled with yet another love.

    My love of a city. Montreal is a city I left when I was sixteen years old, I came to Los Angeles and spent most of my life living there. i never felt a love for Los Angeles, though I can say that most of my happy times and memories are in that city. But I have realized as I get older and wiser, that I am in love with Montreal.

    It would be difficult if not impossible to explain why.
